Sunday, Sept 27: Homecoming Attendants announced followed by kickball tournament & bonfire at football field

Monday, Sept 28: NO SCHOOL-Teacher’s In-Service

Tuesday, Sept 29: Futuristic Day (robots, aliens, space gear)

Wednesday, Sept. 30: Wild West Day

Thursday, Oct 1: Travel Back in time to the 80’s (big hair, acid washed jeans, jean jackets)

Friday, Oct 2: Spirit Day-Wear RED, Student vs. Staff VB game-1:45, Walk/Parade to Main Street-2:15, Pep Rally at 2:30, walk back to building to dismiss, FB game vs. EM-7:00

Saturday, Oct 3: Homecoming Dance at WWHS-7:30-10:00

**MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL EVENTS**

Outside Guest Forms are in the office. Forms must be completed & returned by NOON Thursday, October 1st. Please note guests who are remote learning in their district are not able to attend.

SPORTS INFO:

Please dismiss JHFB players & managers at 3:00 Monday.

*SB - masks are required in the bleachers

*VB - masks are required at all times while in the school building

*FB - masks are required in the bleachers and student section

*CC - masks requirements vary at location, especially if social distancing rules cannot be followed

FROM THE SCHOOL COUNSELOR:

9-12 Students.....Go and follow EducationQuest on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to be put into the social scholarships. Every time they hit 250 followers they will draw for a $500 scholarship.

JUNIORS AND SENIORS ONLY

• A Rep from UNL will be here on September 24th at 9:00. You must sign up no later than Tuesday September 22nd if you plan to attend.

• A Rep from Missouri Western will be here on September 30th at 9:00. You must sign up no later than MONDAY SEPTEMBER 28TH if you plan to attend.

• A Rep from Southeast Community College will be here on October 7th at 9:00. You must sign up no later than Monday October 5th if you plan to attend.

• A Rep from University Nebraska Kearney will be here on October 20th at 10:30. You must sign up no later than Friday October 15th if you plan to attend.

EducationQuest Virtual College Fair

Will host our first-ever virtual college fair September 27-30! Students and families who register for this free event can visit college booths and watch live or recorded college-prep presentations. This event will replace NACRAO's Educational Planning Programs and EducationQuest's in-person college fairs.

Statewide Financial Aid Programs

For those who can't attend a school-based event, EducationQuest will host statewide virtual events as follows:

Monday, Sept. 21: Spanish - 5:30 p.m. CT; English - 6:30 p.m. CT

Tuesday, Sept. 22: English - 12:00 p.m. CT; Spanish - 5:30 p.m. CT

Wednesday, Sept. 23: Spanish - 12:00 p.m. CT; English - 6:00 p.m. CT

Thursday, Sept. 24: English - 12:00 p.m. CT; Spanish - 6:30 p.m.
